Land & Survey Department Business Property Registration

Assisted in the improvement of the land registration legal and regulatory frameworks for businesses in Jordan at the Land & Survey Department. This contributed to enhancing Jordan's ranking in the "Property Registration" indicator within the IFC’s "Doing Business" report; an  important reference for measuring the ease of doing businesses in more than 170 countries in the world.  Conducted a diagnostic study of the internal processes and baseline assessment as well as drafted an action plan that would help Jordan achieve a higher ranking along the “Property Registration” index. The ultimate success of this assignment led to facilitating investment in Jordan which stimulated job creation and improved Jordan's private sector competitiveness.
