Organizational and Human Resources Development of Jordan Tourism Board
Al Jidara provided organizational and human resources development services to Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) to enable JTB to fulfill its new strategic direction and align human resources management with the new business model stipulated in JTB's recently adopted marketing strategy. The assistance included developing JTB’s organizational structure, based on a detailed functional analysis, and definition of positions required for each functional unit. Following that, job descriptions were developed for each position, a job hierarchy was defined to enhance career development and growth, and a career development plan was put in place. Furthermore, training needs were defined and utilized to develop an annual training plan. Al Jidara also assessed the Human Resources Management (HRM) and development functions at JTB and developed a full manual for HRM policies.
