The Achievement of Market-Friendly Initiatives and Results Program (AMIR 1.0 & AMIR 2.0)

The Achievement of Market-Friendly Initiatives and Results Program (AMIR 1.0 & 2.0) addresses a wide range of economic issues, including growth, private sector development and public sector reform. The Program, funded by USAID, is implemented in partnership with the Jordanian private sector and various ministries and departments of the Government of Jordan. AMIR Program activities promote economic growth in Jordan through the development of a more favorable environment for business - stimulating increased investment and enabling the private sector to meet the challenges of economic globalization. In particular, the AMIR program focuses on supporting the growth of micro- and small enterprises (MSE).
