Corporate Strategy Planning Workshop

Provide technical assistance to manage conference and support the development of a strategic plan for the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Corporate Strategic Planning Workshop. selecting the areas covered by the strategic plan, determining the components of the topics and sessions of the workshop, and facilitating the workshop proceedings and developing and documenting its sessions. Post-conference follow-up work includes drafting sections of the strategic plan, and facilitating sessions to further develop certain components of the plan and documenting their results in the final plan. The effort also includes development, production and assembly of all resource and reference materials for the workshop, including documents for all the workshop's participants and the organizing team.
