Research & Policy Advocacy Unit Establishment

Establish a unit under the Investment Affairs Directorate at the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) with the objective of creating an updated information bank to serve as an intelligence center for planning promotional activities, maintaining and updating promotional material, generating policy position papers, disseminating information to prospective investors, management and visitors, and tracking the performance of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) through specific socio-economic indicators. This project aims to ensure that mechanisms for its update and maintenance are in place, coordinate and implement data collection efforts, establish means of disseminating information, including producing a quarterly newsletter, and setting up a database to produce statistical and automated reports.
