Training Management & Coordination

Develop, implement, and manage an appropriate human resource and institutional training program for the Aqaba Special Economic Zone, to enable the Authority to fulfill its broad mandate in developing the Zone. This includes training needs assessments for all ASEZA Commissioners and constituent departments, with a total of over 1000 employees, and recommendations for all staff training.
