Under JTAP, the assignment aims to enhance institutional development units in ministries, fostering effective task performance aligned with best practices. This involves developing evidence, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), plans, supporting ministries in fulfilling the King Abdullah II Award criteria, and strengthening managers' capabilities in performance development. The methodology employs a participatory and collaborative approach, empowering interdisciplinary teams within ministries, ensuring assimilation and sustainability to promote long term institutional capabilities.

Al Jidara played a crucial role in this initiative both in the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Youth. To begin with, in the Ministry of Education, Al Jidara strengthened the Institutional Performance Directorate and provided support in developing and updating training and educational procedures at the educational training center. In the Ministry of Youth, Al Jidara's involvement encompassed preparing the Governance Guide, and reengineering procedures for the Directorate of Engineering Affairs and Infrastructure. Additionally, Al Jidara provided technical assistance and on-job trainings for both ministries to meet the requirements of the King Abdallah II Award fostering excellence and transparency in government performance.
