Centers of Excellence Program Assessment

Assist senior Ministry of Industry and Trade staff in the process of assessing the human resources skill base, human resources development systems and procedures, in addition to the staffing needs of each department within the ministry. The results of this preliminary assessment clarify the ministry’s staffing and proposed human resources requirements and their implications on reengineering and modernizing efforts in the ministry.
