Architecture & Engineering Business Plan

Supported members of the Architecture and Engineering business Council in developing their strategic business plans through training and mentorship. The beneficiaries were provided with advice to support initiating strategic thinking for their businesses and tools to define their strategic direction and develop a strategic plan. Tailored strategic planning training was provided to initiate the strategic planning process in the firms followed by mentorship sessions to facilitate defining the strategic direction in the form of mission, vision, strategic objectives and initiatives.  Strategic plans were supported with financial planning and analysis, portfolio analysis and key performance indicators and scorecards.
