Assessment of Karak Castle as a Tourism Destination

The objective of this assignment was to capture the perceptions of tourists and identify what they were seeking in terms of experience at the Karak Castle.  The assessment was conducted through targeted tourist questionnaires in addition to utilizing an approach based investigation to capture the perceptions of tourists. This exercise explored areas for potential improvement in order to provide a more fulfilling experience for Karak Castle visitors.
