Develop a "Go To Market" strategy for the CROs sector

The Go-To-Market Strategy utilized the knowledge of Jordan’s biomedical sector and key verticals to identify and prioritized the most important markets for biosimilars, and identified a strategy to enter these markets. Thorough desk research and a number of interviews were held in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Clinical Research Organization’s (CRO’S) context. Accordingly, four markets were identified as potential markets for expansion opportunities. Consequently, a market entry strategy was developed for each market, and an action plan to specify the steps that need to be taken by the CROs to implement the proposed strategy.  The Go-To-Market Strategy aimed to enhance the medical biotechnology research, develop the skills of the needed workforce and foster an innovative environment.
