Develop the Institutional Structure of the SRF– Ministry of Higher Education

Developed strategic and business plans for the Jordan Scientific Research Fund (SRF) through defining clear goals and objectives, designing an organization structure complete with roles, responsibilities and job descriptions, and developing a comprehensive operational manual with standard operating procedures (SOP). The work completed enabled the SRF to focus its activities on national priorities which would contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the respective economic sectors.
