Develop JIEC’s 3-Year Strategic Plan

Development of a three-year strategic plan for the Jordan Industrial Estate Corporation (JIEC). The plan addressed the new mandate to transform JIEC into a master developer assigned under the new law of the Development and Free Zones (DFZ) and the Master Development Agreement (MDA) with the DFZ Commission. The project entailed setting its vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, organizational structure, operational policies and procedures and action plan in addition to building the capacity of key personnel in the field of strategic planning enabling it to adopt and institutionalize the process.
