Develop the Organizational Structure and Human Capital Management System of DFZC

Development of the Jordan Development Zones Commission’s organizational structure that was aligned with its strategic goals to assume its mandate in an efficient and effective way. The project entailed conducting functional analysis for each organizational unit, developing  job descriptions for each identified position, preparing a Human Capital Management Strategy and customizing Standard HR Operating Procedures. This helped in creating an enabling environment for JDZC as the master developer of the Dead Sea and Jabal Ajloun Development Zones to undertake its duties in promoting investment, involving, and economically empowering local communities and achieving its goals and targets related to attracting investments.
