Establish a model employment office

Provided assistance to the development of a One-Stop-Shop employment office at the Irbid Employment Directorate. The support included designing the concept, defining the services that would be provided by the Employment Directorate and other relevant entities, designing the process maps, defining training and staffing needs and providing training and capacity building for the staff of the Employment Directorate and representatives of other entities in the One-Stop-Shop.

The support also entailed defining the requirements of furniture, IT and office layout to facilitate the provision of services in one location.  The project’s objective was to endure the provision of all employment and support services to job seekers-that were provided by different entities- in one location in a friendly environment.
