ICC Strategic Management Plan

Developed a 3-year Strategic Plan for the Irbid City Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in coordination with the Chamber’s Board, management, staff and other stakeholders. The assignment aimed to transform the Chamber into a more business-oriented organization that focuses on meeting the evolving needs of its members efficiently and effectively. This initiative also entailed the development of the chamber’s organizational structure, chains of command and staff job descriptions.
