Jameed Product Development and Branding- Karak

Assisted a selected number of associations to upgrade their technical and production capabilities to ensure following standardized quality measures and to help increase annual production levels and sales. The analysis involved market intelligence on the supply market in Karak and Amman.

Additionally, a full diagnosis was conducted on the dairy sub-sector and Jameed product in Karak. An assessment was conducted on the requirements needed to sustain production levels of Jameed and enhance its quality and the necessary equipment, training and marketing needs of associations under each unit. An integrated business model was devised merging all business units with a unified quality for packaging and marketing in order to increase production levels and sales.
