Organizational Assessment of 14 Ministry of Labor Employment Offices

Assessed the current organizational status of the Employment Directorates, and developed their model organizational structure, job descriptions, training needs, human resources (HR) needs, internal systems, standard operating procedures (SOP), as well as monitoring and evaluation framework. Additionally, provided training on internal systems in addition to soft skills, management skills and employment related topics.
