Project Management Support for Local Development Planning

Al Jidara developed detailed taskforce terms of reference, a project charter containing a list of task force participants, and a project management report.

Al Jidara was tasked to implement the following main tasks:

• Operational management of the achievement of project outputs in line with the project document and the procedures of the GIZ guideline

• In collaboration with the GIZ-MPE team leader, ensured that all implementation arrangements were carried out smoothly

• Updated project work plans in collaboration with the GIZ-MPE team leader and in close liaison with project sites

• Organization and management of project activities conducive to produce the agreed upon outputs

• Timely preparation and submission of the Progress Report and any other substantial reports required by the GIZ-MPE team leader

• Identification of implementation challenges, and finding ways to address them in collaboration with and under the guidance of the GIZ
