Scoping of GAM’s One Stop Shop

Supported the Special Projects Unit of the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in designing an investor-friendly Building Permitting Process for the Building Licensing applications submitted by investors through the One Stop Shop (OSS). Conducted a comprehensive AS IS study for six independent external entities and thorough analysis of stakeholders and GAM’s requirements and constraints. Moreover, developed a consolidated concept model of GAM and stakeholders processing of building licenses that enabled a single investor interface through GAM OSS. Further, conducted several discussion sessions with GAM representatives and stakeholders for model verification and confirmation.
