Streamlining Government Employment Services in Jordan

Supported the Ministry of Labor in conducting an in-depth mapping and analysis of the employment sector, and recommended specific strategic interventions needed to streamline employment organizations, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the employment services utilizing best practices from four employment models: Tunisia, Canada, Malaysia and Bahrain.
